BROWN

Chocolate brown has been a recent popular color and has almost become the new black.  Chocolate brown compliments so many other colors and is seen as tuxedos in weddings and other various formal events. I chose to represent chocolate as the comparison picture to explain the chocolate brown color in the tux above.

WHITE

White is a peaceful, clean color that makes us associated the feeling of calmness when it is represented in certain objects. The white sailboat represents the peacefulness on the water while the designer dress above it represents the clean flowing material that is simple and comfortable.

GRAY

The striking features of color represented in the cats eyes break up the gray the same way the model's gray dress is broke up by the darker jacket placed on top. The break up of color brings more attention to the model's face.

BLACK




A black cadillac has a reputation for being a luxury car that is both sleek and rich looking when seen on the road. The models represented in the picture above gives off the same effect by dressing in sleek black and emphasizing one particular part of the body like the leg or shoulder.

PURPLE

Different elements of color can suggest different elements of texture as well. All three models have on a different shade of purple along with different types of fabrics, but all three still compliment the nail polish.

Candy Corn has always been associated with Halloween along with the color orange, thus came the inspiration to pair both the color orange with something like Halloween to enforce how we associated colors and ideas.

The bold color of red and white represented in the stop sign has the same bright and attention grabbing affect on this outfit as well. the white in her hat and belt compliment the dress as well as her skin tone.
